With blaring horns and thunderous chants that fill the arena, the energy emitted from the UCF courtside ensemble, Jammin’ Knights, is hard to ignore at a UCF basketball game.The Jammin’ Knights ensemble is a group of UCF student musicians who perform at home basketball games to show support for the team. Full-time student tackles three jobs

From hitting the books to getting up close and personal with sea turtles on the Melbourne shore, sophomore zoology and environmental studies major Brianna May juggles three jobs while being a full-time UCF student.

May is a zookeeper at Jungle Adventures, a data collector for UCF’s Marine Sea Turtle Research Group and a scare actor for SeaWorld’s Howl-o-Scream. May said that she scheduled her classes and jobs before the semester started, dedicating the weekends to work and weekdays to school.

A UCF grad student transformed a childhood hobby into a gaming store for local gamers to play and bond over their shared interests.
